Who we are
ExamSnap is published by a company incorporated in Cameroon and established in Yaoundé. We prepare candidates for the official examinations of Cameroon and Nigeria. We are neither a MINESEC service, nor an awarding body, nor a school.

What we collect

What we do not do
- No selling or renting of data to a third party
- No advertising in the application
- No advertising profiling
- No correction published without a human reading it

Students under eighteen, and parents
A student under eighteen may use ExamSnap. A parent reaches it only if the student invites them, and only for what the student has ticked: attendance, mock paper marks, weak topics. Not their messages, not their posts, not their detailed answers. The student can cut that access at any time, and the parent is told. A parent who pays for a subscription sees what they are paying for and the date it ends, and nothing else.

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, for it to be corrected or for it to be deleted, from Settings or by message to the number below. Deleting the account erases the profile, the answers and the certificates within 30 days; only the accounting records tied to payments are kept.

Payments
Payments go through MTN MoMo and Orange Money. We store no secret code and no number for a future debit: every month is a payment you choose to make. A receipt is sent by SMS and stays visible in the settings.

Writing to us
By message to the support number shown in the application, or by post to our Yaoundé office. We answer within 5 working days.
