- What happens if I stop paying?
- The account goes back to free. Certificates earned, results and history stay visible; only the full explanations and the unlimited mock papers close.
- Does the payment renew by itself?
- No. Every month is a payment you choose to make, including when a parent pays. We store no number for a future debit.
- Does it work with no internet?
- Packs download while the connection is there, then the questions, the corrections and the mock papers work offline. Syncing happens when the network is back.
- How much data does a month of revision cost?
- In extreme saving mode, a few megabytes a month: a small data top-up covers a whole revision period.
- Do schools pay per student?
- No: by seat band and by term, payable at the end of it. The band is set in the quote and the invoice is in the school’s name.
